As part of the Sungrowis sales team, the first job is listening. Every business that gets in touch is at a different stage, in a different sector, with a different reason for needing funds — and the right programme depends entirely on those details.

That means understanding the business before recommending anything: what it does, how long it has been running, what the money is for, and what documentation already exists. Only then does it make sense to talk about which government scheme, loan product or registration actually fits.

From there it is a matter of staying with the file — helping assemble documents, explaining what the lender or department has asked for, and keeping the business owner informed while the application moves.
