Services
Sungrowis provides business consultancy services including company registration, government funding assistance, compliance management, and related services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the services. Any delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Sungrowis.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Government fees, stamps, and third-party charges are additional.
Limitation of Liability
Sungrowis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
