Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Sungrowis Advisory Private Limited (Sungrowis, a unit of Jurisnova) for consultancy, funding facilitation, or compliance services, you agree to these terms.
Nature of Services
Sungrowis provides advisory and facilitation services for company registration, government funding schemes, GST and MSME registration, and legal consultancy. Final approval of any government scheme, loan, or registration rests solely with the respective government body, bank, or authority.
No Guarantee of Approval
While we apply our full expertise to maximize approval likelihood, Sungrowis does not guarantee approval of any funding, loan, subsidy, or registration application.
Fees & Payments
Service fees are communicated transparently before engagement. Fees for consultancy services are separate from any government fees, stamp duty, or statutory charges payable to authorities.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate documentation and information. Delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Sungrowis.
Limitation of Liability
Sungrowis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, beyond the fees paid for the specific engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
